Butterfly Release Day
Earth Day Pictures....from the Clown Class Tony gave us a large bag and we went out to clean up the grounds of the Church and school. (We did not clean the 2 playgrounds...we saved those for Lunch Bunch.) After our bag was about 2/3 full...we looked around the big tree by the mailbox. Yashita said: "I found some keys!" One of my boys said..."Maybe it's to a treasure box!" We wiped off the leaves and mud from the keys. Then we went in to see if Tony had lost any...he said he hadn't...but that Rusty was missing some keys. Rusty wasn't in the building... so I told Paula to find us...when Rusty arrived. When Rusty was in his office...we tip-toed in and told him that we had something that he would like. Rusty was thrilled. Yashita and Rusty were both moving...(I guess...in their excitement)...so that picture is not clear. Rusty wanted us to show him where the keys were found. We showed him and he knew exactly how it happened! After that... we went over by the Recycling Bins and picked up a lot more litter. They were so proud of themselves. It took them 1 1/2 hours...but they did a great job!
Lots of trash by the recycling bins. We left most of the broken glass!	Yashita just found Rusty's keys!	Our sack is getting very full...one piece at a time.	Ryan found a nickel and later lost it in the grass.	Yashita is returning the keys that Rusty lost last Friday!
Rusty wanted to see where Yashita found his keys!	They were by the sidewalk...in the mud. He said he walked on this sidewalk with the "dolly"!
